First established in the 1940’s, our client is a family run general contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee. Specialising in commercial, educational and hospitality projects, our client is also well known for completing multiple hotel projects and currently employees over 80 staff.

The Project:

Our client is working on a $20M boutique hotel project. The boutique hotel project will be built from the ground up and is estimated to take 24 months.

The Role:

Our client is looking for an Estimator with a GC background to oversee operations. They’re also open to candidates with sub-contractor background as the company prioritises investing in their employee’s training and learning programs.
