Developer British Land has recently unveiled plans for the Broadgate Development here in London. The major office scheme will have two main towers rising from a 12-storey podium that supports the 35-storey East Tower and the 20-storey West Tower.
The scheme includes a sustainable strategy set out by British Land in order to target a net-zero carbon in construction and operation. As well as this, the development will have a BREEAM 'Outstanding' certification.
The offices will incorporate numerous 'green areas' terraces with the intentions of creating a more healthy environment designed by Behavioural Scientists from GXN.
