Data Centre Market Continues to Grow in the USA



Tennesse Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Comissioner Bob Rolfe and Facebook officials have announced yet another investment in the Data Centre market, with a $800 Million, 982,000-square-foot Data Centre in Gallatin. The project will require more than a thousand construction professionals. 


The Gallatin Data Centre will be one of the most technologically advanced and energy & water efficient in the world, with 100% renewable energy and 80% less water than on average. As well as this, Facebook are focusing on ensuring their Data Centres run off solar energy, with the Gallatin project bringing 220MW of new solar energy to the area.
