TClarke bosses discuss plans for recovery with confidence that the sector can make a strong come-back. Business seems to be returning to some form of 'normal', which is another positive for the industry, with a broad order book in the high-end commercial and residential markets. We expect to see other contractors run the same trajectory.

Opportunities are on the rise in delivering infrastructure for the public sector with a surge in work around developing railway systems such as HS2, who have a £500m package for a winning contractor.

Another positive for the M&E sector post-pandemic is a surge in data centre demand, with the market continually growing to support the need for many businesses to move online

Here at Charles & Charles, we have had an influx of M&E opportunities across Europe with projects ranging from data centres, pharma, commercial and residential schemes. If you work within the sector and are interested in hearing about our opportunities, get in touch to discuss more.
