Their core market is within the Commercial sector, completing project across multiple states including Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware as well as Pennsylvania. The Projects:

A large proportion of their work is based around the renovation of commercial buildings and taking on the construction of facilities, with project values ranging between $15m and $30m. They cover the entire construction process, including groundworks, concrete & steel work, carpentry, interior construction, and design-build.

The Roles:

Currently experiencing a significant trajectory in their growth, our client is looking for Estimators at all levels, from Junior Estimators to Preconstruction Managers, to add to their current Estimating team. Their current COO joined the business earlier in the year and is excited to drive the initiative in bringing on new, energetic talent who become their leaders of tomorrow.

Another indicator to their growth is that they are also looking for two Project Managers to become part of the business and play an influential and integral part to the success of projects - For this role, they are offering up to $110,000. This could be an excellent chance for a Project Engineer with Commercial experience who is looking to make the next step in their career.
