Established over 70 years ago post-WW2, they quickly grew from residential to commercial construction but still remain a privately owned and family-run company that have built a strong reputation for quality and a diverse portfolio of projects. They have an annual revenue of over $200M, a headcount of 400+ employees, and are nationally recognized for their excellence in commercial construction.

The Projects:

Our client has a pipeline of work across The Carolinas, Florida & Virginia in several sectors, such as multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, public sector, government, retail, data centres and leisure to name a few.

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to be based in their Charlotte office. The open position follows an influx of new work in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have GC, Ground-Up experience. This position will also include relocators. Their passion for the North Carolina market means that they are excited to relocate new talent to the state and have shown great success in doing so in the past. The team are now built up of talented individuals from across the country.
